I expect Trump's second effort to overthrow a fair and decisive election in our Country will be in these midterms. Except this time he has the Military, Homeland Security, DOJ , FBI  etc  ready to do anything he tells them to, without regard to the Constitution, Court decisions or any other guardrails.  Not to mention a Majority of Congressional A--  Kissers.

My letter to tje Supreme Court of the United States on Feb 26, 2026

Dear Honorable Chief Justice Roberts and Associate Justices of the United States. Supreme Court

   As a Citizen of these United States, I, Ronnie W Justice humbly ask that you take into consideration the following issue.  I bring this issue directly to your attention because a previous ruling of your court is in question.  The ruling in question being  the  " Citizens United " ruling of 2008. This case was brought before your court by a Republican backed non-profit Organization specifically to allow large amounts of money to be dumped into John McCain's  campaign fund to through negative ads to take Hillary Clinton out of the 2008 Presidential primary race. They had no idea at the time that Obama could come closeto defeating McCain.

   The afforementioned ruling coupled with the big Corporations and Billionaires  being allowed to set up non-profit shell Organizations through IRS code 501(c)4  which allows them to dump unlimited amounts of dark money into a Politician's campaign coffers.  The Politician is not supposed to be able to transfer this dark money into their personal account, except through 10 or 12 other loopholes. 

  I believe that the intention of our Founding Fathers and the Authors of our Constitution  was clear that  our Nation was to be governed by a President, Senate and Represenative  which represented the people by population rather than by wealth. At the present, through these transfers of large quantites of dark money, many of our Public Servants have became sold-out puppets of Big Corporations and Billionaire donors.  In America's beginning our Forefathers fought and won our freedom from a Church ran Government  which is comparable to the level which our Nation has sank to if we allow our nation to be governed by the wishes of the wealthy.  I plead that you close these loopholes  which disregard the guardrails of Constitution as well as any others.  Let lobbyist for big corporations persuade our  president and congress that their wishes are aligned with the needs of America rather than negociating the cost of their vote.  As defenders of our Constitution, you are the last hope of our democracy of government of the people, by the people.
